Grounded in mutual understanding and trust, circles are a powerful tool for building connection, exploring complex topics, addressing conflict or repairing harm, or processing challenging events. Talking circles have long been used by Indigenous peoples in North America, who have generously shared the practice with non-Indigenous peoples, knowing the potential they hold.
